Frequently Asked Questions
How does shipping work?
- All orders are tracked and sent by UPS and arrive in about 7 to 10 business days. Times vary by region.
- The freight charges are $7.00 for the first pair and $0.50 for each additional pair.
- Orders can only be sent to physical addresses, no P.O. Boxes please. Placing an order to be shipped to a P.O. Box will delay the delivery of your sandals.
- UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Weekend deliveries and expedited deliveries are possible, but can be expensive. Please call for price and info.
- During the holidays shipping can overwhelm carriers and may take an extra day.
What is your exchange policy?
- We are happy to do exchanged on new and unused merchandise about 20 days from the time you receive your merchandise.
- You need to call us (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time 800-443-5656) for a Return Authorization number, before sending any merchandise back to us. Sending any sandals back without a Return Authorization number may result in an extra charge.
- Sandals may be exchanged for a different style or size.
- If merchandise is used we will not exchange it.
- Test your sandals at home on the carpet to avoid getting them dirty.
- On exchanges you will pay for the shipping to us, and on the return shipment. Shipping is not refundable.
- Exchanges are processed within 10 days.
What are the warranties on the sandals?
- If there is a defect and not a sign of normal wear, we will gladly exchange them for you.
- Please be aware that sending them back does not mean that they are defective. Upon our inspection, if they are defective then we will replace them for your choice of sandal of equal value.
- Sorry we do not repair shoes.
When I order something do you send me junk mail?
- We at Flojos are firm believers in an individual’s right to personal privacy. The information you supply is not sold, passed along to a third party, bartered for or redistributed in any way. It is kept here at our corporate office in a file for our records and bookkeeping.
- We do not sell your e-mail address or phone number to advertisers.
- Your order is processed right here in our corporate office so there is not third party to work about. Your order is sent to us SSL encrypted, so your information can’t be seen by others. You can see the secure server by looking at the lock at the bottom of the ordering screens.
- We do not send out junk e-mail.
How is my order dealt with?
- Once we receive your order, over a secure connection, you will get an e-mail letting you know that we received it.
- Upon credit card approval, your order will be sent. If there is a problem with your order then we will contact you via e-mail.
- On any order we receive, your card is not billed until we send the sandals to you.
What types of payment do you take?
- We take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- If you would like to pay by money order, please call 800 443 5656 and place your order via phone.
- Sorry, but we never accept personal checks or COD’s.
