Return Authorization is required in order to return merchandise.
To obtain a return authorization number, please call 02 9519 5599. Please have your order number available when contacting customer service.
At that time, detailed instructions will be provided for your return.
Shipping Notes. Please be advised of the following:
- Freight charges are the responsibly of the purchaser.
- Purchaser must notify Flojos within 30 days from the date of purchase if the sandals need to be exchanged.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unworn.
- Replacement shoes will not be sent until your return has been received.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for all returns shipped to our warehouse.
